The carriers with whom we have protocols make deliveries from Monday to Friday at the address you indicate. We do not deliver on holidays.

For Madeira and the Azores, the delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose:

Shipping costs depend on the Weight / Volume of the orders.
Difficulties in placing an order
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package, they will make a new attempt the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery. In the specific case of MRW EXPRESSO, a postcard will be left for you to pick up your order at the post office.
